Services
Video production services are scoped in a written quote or agreement. Final deliverables, timelines, and revisions are defined per project.
Payment
Most projects require a deposit to lock in shoot dates, with the balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership & usage
Clients receive licensed deliverables for the use cases scoped in the project agreement. BTS Productions retains the right to use produced work in its portfolio and marketing.
Liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
